Cleveland.

The ‘Land.’ The Forest City. The Western Reserve.

Cleveland, the third-largest city in the Rust Belt, once had a population that neared a million Clevelanders. Although the population has fallen to roughly 40% of its peak, ‘The Land’ is still known for its sports teams, museums, Lake Erie coastline, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. At one time an industrial powerhouse, the city has numerous vacant manufacturing and warehouse facilities awaiting redevelopment.
